Safe Haven Housing and Support Services is seeking a partner to developer our Drop-In Center, a beacon of hope and support for homeless individuals in the Tri-cities and beyond. Our commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment is embodied in this inclusive space that addresses various needs, from necessities to critical support services.

Overview of Services

Non-Permanent Addresses:

Recognizing the challenges that come with lack of address, our Drop-In Center provides non-permanent addresses. This service is crucial for individuals who need a mailing address for job applications, identification documents, and other essential communication.

Shower Services:

Maintaining personal hygiene is essential for physical and mental well-being. Our Drop-In Center offers shower facilities, providing individuals with the dignity and comfort of cleanliness. Clean towels and personal care items are also available.

Hot Tea/Coffee Station:

A warm cup of tea or coffee can offer solace and comfort. Our Drop-In Center features a station where individuals can enjoy hot beverages, fostering a sense of community and providing a moment of respite.

Laundry Services:

Access to clean clothing is a basic necessity often taken for granted. Our center provides laundry services, ensuring that individuals have the opportunity to wash and maintain their clothes with dignity.

Clean Supplies:

Hygiene is prioritized at Safe Haven. Clean supplies, including toiletries and personal care items, are readily available. We understand the importance of maintaining health and cleanliness, and we strive to provide the necessary resources.

Computer Access:

In today’s digital age, access to computers is essential for various purposes, from job searches to connecting with loved ones. Our Drop-In Center offers computer access, allowing individuals to stay connected and access online resources.

Space for Wound Care:

Health is a priority at Safe Haven. The center provides a dedicated space for wound care, ensuring that individuals receive proper attention and support for their medical needs.

Medical Appointments:

Coordinating medical appointments can be challenging for those experiencing homelessness. Safe Haven assists individuals in scheduling and attending medical appointments, connecting them with healthcare providers and supporting their overall well-being.

Meeting Ministry:

Our Drop-In Center serves as a space for meeting ministry, offering spiritual and emotional support to those who seek it. The ministry provides a supportive environment for individuals to engage in prayer, counseling, and faith-based activities.

Parole Personnel Support:
